“Came to pick up a good to go order with my daughter and the lady helping had the WORST attitude ever. I felt very uncomfortable and will definitely never return or recommend. Once we got in the car my daughter said “man that lately was so rude””

“Seems to be a common theme with rude service. I order from here on Grubhub and had missing items 2 days in a row. I called Donut Star first and the girl who answered said to come in. I did, and when I got there to explain she said she gave my Coffee to the Gribhub Driver, but after checking my camera he never had the drink in his hand. So I then asked about the Free Donut that was supposed to come with my order from the day before and she said they dont offer it anymore, so I told her it is on the App. She didnt care about replacing the items so I just left. Luckily Grubhub offered to credit me back for the missing items. Sad that the rude Asian girl doesnt know about Customer Service.”
