Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt

“I have been coming this Golden Spoon for more than 20 years. I ordered a large to go and when I got home saw that the cup was way under filled. This is the third or fourth time this particular female employee has done this. I called the store and spoke to her, she was rude, telling me I was wrong, said she didn’t like the way I was speaking to her (I said I’d been coming there 20 years and know what a large is supposed to look like—I guess she didn’t like hearing that) told me to call the owner and gave me a phone number that wasn’t correct. I tried calling the store again, but no answer. I like this store and all of the young people who work in it, except this one. She’s enough though to make me want to stay away.”

“We loved golden spoon. The attendant serving the yogurt is amazing. She is incredibly generous friendly and enhances the experience. Strongly recommend this place.”

“Good yogurt and okay customer service because a lid was only mentioned after the yogurt was already prepared as a to go that was not able to contain the yogurt in the size regular once a lid was placed on it. I as the customer has to ask for a lid after the fact and the yogurt ended up spilling in my hand and car as result.”
