“TLDR; Terrible customer service! We waited 50 minutes to get our chimney cake and the employee gave 6 other people who arrived after us their orders before we finally got ours. All because the "ovens weren't working." If a business cared about their customers they would service their machinery and make sure everything is functional. And it's basic customer service to serve people in the order they came in. Don't come here, go literally anywhere else. The food was not worth our wait. $11 for essentially a plain softserve cone. Nothin special about the flavor or quality.”
