“The taste of the food is not the best I ordered ham & cheese croissant. The ham tasted bad. Plain croissant didn’t taste well but I ate it because I was hungry. Bagel and cream cheese was ok and they put lots of cheese. Probably will not use this store in future”

“I’m a 1st time customer attending this donut shop & decided to pick a mom and pop shop over Winchell’s donut. I walked in at 5:30am and the owner literally walked to the back of the store ignored me for 10 minutes before deciding to help me. He didn’t greed me he just told me “what you want?”. I told him I’m buying 3 dozen donuts and I started telling him what I wanted, when he rudely said “ pick the ones you like, and I will pick the rest because you are confusing me.” I proceed to tell him which ones I wanted and he picked the rest. I payed $70 dollars for 3 dozen. There were customers eating donuts and they told me he is a very rude person but the wife is really sweet. I don’t recommend this place. One thing about owning a business you have to have great customer service, so that customers will continue coming back. I gave the donuts a 3 star because I haven’t had a chance to tried them out.”
