What people say
1 out of 5 stars
“I’ve always really enjoyed the food at Royal Burger, and I think the food itself deserves a lot of credit. Unfortunately, my experiences with the staff have been consistently rude and unkind toward me, which has made visiting the restaurant uncomfortable and disappointing. It’s a shame because I genuinely like the food and would otherwise be happy to come back. However, the way I’ve been treated by the staff has ultimately made me decide that I won’t be returning. Good food can only go so far when the customer experience is consistently negative. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because with better treatment of customers, this could be a place I’d be happy to recommend.”
