“Very disappointing experience. I placed an online order through Toast for a turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich on a spinach Parmesan bagel, specifically requesting NO bacon. I received a notification saying my order was ready, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived, they hadn’t even started making my order. I had to wait another 10 minutes at the store even though the app had already told me it was ready. It got even worse when I arrived at my destination and opened my food. The bagel wasn’t spinach Parmesan, there was NO avocado, and they put bacon on the sandwich even though I specifically requested no bacon. Almost every part of my order was wrong, on top of the inaccurate “ready” notification and additional wait. This was a horrible experience and extremely frustrating. If customers are ordering online and selecting specific options, the order should at least be checked before being handed out.”
