“Food and service have gone downhill here—I won’t go back again. The profiterole had some kind of cheap vanilla ice cream; for $13, I think you can use creamy vanilla ice cream. Service was bad. I asked the owner to lower the shade and he only lowered it a little bit. The setting sun was still in the eyes of my guests. Then we were ready to pay and had our credit cards out and not a server could be found; we all watched the two servers and runner standing at the kitchen food counter for a long time. Even the owner was nowhere to be seen. Not the experience I had when I had gone twice before, it looked like it was a new owner. I won’t be back.”
