“The service is absolutely horrendous, and unfortunately, it’s been this way for years. I believe the older gentleman is the owner, and I genuinely cannot understand why someone would open a business that requires interacting with customers when the customer service is consistently this poor. I come back about once a year, and every time, I leave disappointed and wondering how this place is still open. There are much better options nearby. There’s now an Italian restaurant in the same shopping center that serves fabulous wine and provides excellent customer service, which I highly recommend. Unfortunately, there aren’t many options in the area for afternoon drinks since most of the other restaurants don’t open until 4 or 5 PM. Still, the poor service here makes it difficult to recommend this place.”
