“Manager has a bad attitude here. Take your family to a better location. They also never seem to have anyone at the front desk for a pick up order..multiple times I’ve had to walk back into the kitchen to get someone’s attention. Pathetic , they just don’t know what good customer service is. Food is hit or miss, no consistency.”

“I visited Buffalo Wild Wings on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at around 2:00 PM to pick up a to-go order. When I arrived, I said “excuse me” and waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to assist me. When an employee finally came out, her attitude was very rude and unwelcoming. She repeatedly rolled her eyes while I was trying to place my order and seemed annoyed when I asked a question about a promotion. When I went to pay, my Apple Cash oddly wasn’t working even though I had enough funds. I politely asked if I could try paying again, but she rolled her eyes and appeared frustrated. When it still didn’t work, I asked why it wasn’t working, and she snapped, “IT’S CALLED A PENDING TRANSACTION.” I then said that I would just get food somewhere else, and she responded, “SO DO I CANCEL YOUR ORDER?” Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I understand that payment issues can happen, but the employee’s attitude and lack of professionalism made the situation much worse.”
