“Based on the pricing and the hotel it is in, my travel group was expecting semi-fine dining. It was far from it. Our reservation was for 10 people, they should not book parties over 4. Do not sit outside if it's a warm day. Our server was friendly and polite but service was not nowhere close to Disney standards. I've had better service at a Waffle House. Our server did not write down the orders and missed an entree which we had to wait almost an hour for. 1 positive is that the chef did come to the table for 1 allergy entree which was nice, just to confirm any concerns. We did not have any special requests, ordered entrees as is. Our entrees came out 1 at a time over a 35min period. How is this acceptable at Disney?! Is there no manager overseeing the ticket times? Now I know from other reviews that the kitchen isn't even in the same location. The second to last entree we received was the chicken tenders, i know those only take 7mins to 9mins to prepare, it took almost 40mins to arrive. This lounge should not serve food if they can't be consistent or handle large parties. The only thing the server said was that the kitchen was far away, he never apologized or made it seem like this was such a poor experience. I'm a former cast member so I understand Disney sets a certain service standard, especially the pricier locations. We were never offered a discount or complimentary anything and I never saw a manager in the location to provide feedback in a polite manner. No complaints on the food, the roasted chicken is excellent. I would avoid this location especially if you want to splurge for a nice dining experience.”

“Drinks are slipping a bit. Food has really dropped off since our last visit. The ceasar salad change is disappointing. There are better options at the Disneyland Hotel.”

“Second time here and second BIG MISS! The host seemed a little scattered but checked us in after a few minutes and asked if he could seat us outside, the weather was cooling down so we said okay even though this is where the trouble started on our last visit but to be fair they had construction going on at that time but we left after being neglected the same way we did this visit. We waited about 10 minutes for the waiter and some water. We had asked about some food options as well but when I asked about the Prime Rib he said it was very good but came with no sides and was the only dish that was like that. I mean for $50 throw me some fries or rice LOL. So we ordered drinks and he was gone another 10 or more minutes (we ordered two soft drinks) wherein we decided we were not going to wait longer and let this get any worse. I also scanned other reviews during our wait and could see similar experiences. We spend a-lot of money with Disney on Magic Keys, food, souvenirs, etc. and this will be the last time we attempt to visit this restaurant. Something is just not right and the 4.0 rating is telling for a Disney run establishment in one of it’s flagship properties we expect better and they can do better. On a positive note Paseo in Downtown Disney is fantastic and we have never had a bad meal there!”
