“My credit card was charged for Unauthorized tip that was previously paid with cash. I called asking for a manager in regards to a dispute and the woman who answered the phone was very defensive and rude. Beware of unauthorized charges on your credit card. This Pub is a fraud on unauthorized charges . By the demeanor of the Employee when I mentioned discrepancy on credit card there was no apology as I sensed a very defensive tone. I left a message for manager to return my call. Hopeful !”
