“We had an amazing experience at Topside! We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and they gave us a beautiful table with an incredible view. I had requested a special table for her birthday, and I really appreciated that they took the time to make it happen. The food was absolutely delicious — everything we ordered was excellent. The Topside Margarita was amazing, and they even added Baileys to our Espresso Martinis at our request — they were absolutely delicious! The atmosphere, sunset, food, drinks, and service made the evening very special. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday celebration so memorable. We will definitely be back!”

“Extremely disappointing experience. We were told multiple times by the manager on duty that he would get us seated as soon as a table opened up. We waited patiently and watched tables become available, yet he repeatedly walked right past us and completely ignored us. Meanwhile, the hostesses kept telling us there were “no seats available” because everything was reserved, even while we could physically see open tables. If the tables were genuinely reserved, that’s completely understandable, but then don’t have your manager repeatedly tell guests he’s going to seat them and leave them standing around waiting. The biggest issue wasn’t even having to wait, mit was the complete lack of communication and professionalism. We would have happily gone somewhere else if someone had simply been upfront with us from the beginning. Instead, we wasted our time based on what the manager kept telling us. For a hotel rooftop bar that presents itself as an upscale establishment, the service and organization were incredibly disappointing. Definitely would not recommend based on this experience.”
