“From the moment we entered Webb's for our 1st visit ever we experienced the best service. The hosted greeted us with a smile and sat us promptly. Our server, Alex, made us feel immediately comfortable and recommended some great drink and meal options. The Pacific IPA was crisp and refreshing with just the right amount of hoppiness. We also sampled the rib tips, spicy peanut chicken wings, and the market salad with brisket. All the dishes were presented well and absolutely delicious. We were full after a great meal so we took home the churro cheesecake dessert and a bottle of their butterball whisky and repasado rum. The restaurant has an awesome design and very comfortable atmosphere. Can't wait for our next visit with a bunch of friends because they all deserve to enjoy the fantastic experience we had.”

“If you’re a new customer, get ready to not get served at the bar because favoritism runs deep in this place. Went to the bar and they seemed a little busy, so I didn’t say anything. She finally looks at me and I just asked for a menu. She still looked busy, so I didn’t say anything, and then it looked like her friends or some of her regulars came in. At this point, I had already been standing at the bar waiting for a menu for 6–7 minutes. The second she sees her regulars walk in, she immediately says hi to them, gives them a menu, brings out water, takes their order right away, and gives them their beer while I’m still standing there waiting for a menu. So then I bring it up, and instead of apologizing for her behavior or her manager telling her something, they double down and come up with all these excuses about how they’re busy, this and that. Once she starts serving me, she’s continuously rolling her eyes and giving attitude. And because I thought maybe it was just me, I asked my brother-in-law, “Hey, is this girl rolling her eyes and giving attitude?” He confirmed that he was seeing the same thing. And to add on top of all that, we had already been waiting 45 minutes for our table when they told us the wait was only going to be 5–6 minutes. Once we got the table, I kept looking back at the bar, and the same thing kept happening. They were only paying attention to their regulars. The food was great, but the service, specifically at the bar, was trash.”
