“Was disappointed with my experience here this past weekend. The service was terrible. I had to ask another server where our waiter was throughout my tine there. When he finally came to our table I asked if he can bring my sons pizza out once it was ready even if the other dishes were not. He acknowledged and again left for awhile.. My family was sitting near the kitchen where all the plates we placed to take out. Since we were so close I noticed a couple of dishes that did not move out and looked like the food we ordered. I literally timed the plates as they were not touched by any waiter hovering around and other plates being taken out. Again my waiter was not one of these peiple around. A little over 15 minutes HERE COMES THISE PLATES. I brought this concern to the waiter that finally brought it to the table and then again finally to our waiter when he checked in on us after the plates were brought. All we got was that they can not bring out the plates unless all plates for the table are ready. WHAt! So following or inquiring about the remaining plates with the kitchen is not an option? The temperature and textures of our food with the 3 plates that were under the lamp were very disappointing.”
