“Terrible service—only survives because it's inside a hotel.Just had lunch here with my son and the service was awful. The waitress at the bar sitting area was extremely rude, cold, and completely ignored us. Another staff member took over but told me she could only place a takeout order, though she said we could still eat at our table. Despite paying a tip for sit-down service, our food was handed to us in takeout containers, and the fried egg I ordered for my salad was completely missing. It took way too long to get anyone's attention to fix it, so we just gave up and left. The food was just okay, but the service is unacceptable. If this place weren't trapped inside a hotel with a captive audience, it wouldn't last. Will never go back. !”

“We had a great experience! Food was really good and the service was great. Jesus really made our breakfast pleasant! He was so funny and great with our kids. He deserves some recognition from management for just being an all around good human and also being very good at customer service.”
