“Fun times. Good food, atmosphere and service!”

“I’m giving this place five stars because the service was great the wine was good and they even catered to me asking for tortillas for the jalapeño soup. If you order the jalapeño soup order tortillas on the side. We will be back.”

“We sat for 20 minutes without receiving any service while the strawberry-blonde waitress walked past us multiple times and seemed determined to avoid eye contact. Meanwhile, the short-haired guy spent about 15 minutes attending to a table of four while we sat completely ignored. We eventually left without ever getting to order, which is an impressive way to lose customers before they’ve even had a chance to spend money. Thankfully, Five Vines Wine Bar next door saved the night and showed us what actual hospitality looks like. In hindsight, I guess I know why it was so easy to get a reservation, because apparently the terrible service keeps the tables wide open. If Google offered a zero-star option, I’d be using it.”
