“An absolutely unforgettable experience at Studio Mediterranean. From the food to the service to the breathtaking setting, everything about our dinner was exceptional. We started with the kampachi crudo, which had incredible flavor and was easily one of our favorites. We also had the tyrokafteri spread, which was delicious, especially with the warm pita bread—you could immediately tell it was freshly made. The oysters were outstanding. They were small, fresh, and exactly how we like them, served with a delicious sauce that complemented them perfectly. But the highlight of the meal was definitely the whole branzino baked in a coffee-salted crust. Not only was the fish absolutely amazing, but Emiliano’s tableside presentation was phenomenal—genuinely one of the best food presentations we’ve ever experienced. It turned an already great dish into something memorable. Sean took care of us throughout the evening and was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the entire menu, gave us great guidance, and made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. And then there is the view. We were fortunate enough to be there for sunset, and it was breathtaking. Watching the sun disappear over the Pacific while having this meal was truly something special. Great food, beautiful atmosphere, exceptional service, and one of those dinners my wife and I will remember for a long time. Studio Mediterranean is absolutely worth experiencing, and we will definitely be back.”
