Toum Boom is a family-run Jordanian shawarma food truck based in Anaheim, California. Run by people from Jordan, with roots in Irbid, we make shawarma the way it is actually made back home. Saj bread, house-made toum, real spices. No shortcuts. We cater corporate lunches, private events, school events, and community gatherings. Per-person service, trays, or full live truck setup.
