“Absolutely Horrible Experience -- Possibly the Worst Service I've Ever Had! Literally ever! Our reservation was at 8:00 PM. It is now 11:00 PM, and we are STILL sitting here because they cannot even manage to bring us the check and take our payment. We have been waiting 45+ minutes just to pay an $1,100 bill. At this point, we honestly shouldn't even have a bill considering how unbelievably poor the service has been. The people sitting next to us experienced the exact same issues and were given $400 off their bill. We received absolutely nothing. Three hours after our reservation time, we are still here simply because they won't bring us the check and let us pay. That says everything. The waiter was practically nonexistent, and management was nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, there was a water leak directly behind us. When I got up, water came down onto my expensive shoes, leaving them completely wet. The food? The French fries were good. The dessert was not. My steak was tough and overcooked. My salad came with the meal, not before. My husband loved his appetizer once it finally came. He waited over an hour for his Chardonnay to arrive! ‍ This is essentially a single-scene pickup-type restaurant, which is fine if that's what you're looking for, but the level of service is completely unacceptable. I have honestly never experienced service this bad in my entire life. Ambiance; there really wasn't any. Loud, too brightly lit. Hard to hear each other. Management clearly has some serious issues to address. Based on our experience tonight, I genuinely cannot understand how a restaurant can expect to stay in business while treating customers this way. We wanted our bill split evenly by 6 couples. They just couldn't figure that out either, everyone's split had a different total? Like WHAT???? Terrible service. Terrible management. Extremely disappointing, would NEVER eat here again. Edit: the next morning: I believe I got food poisoning, because I feel so sick! that's the icing on the cake.”
