“I called Bricol Nail Salon before driving from Santa Ana to Anaheim because I wanted to ask about pricing first and not waste gas or time going all the way over there. I found them on TikTok and saw good reviews, so I was genuinely interested in becoming a new customer. Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about Gel X, dip powder, and extra charges like French tips. She barely wanted to answer anything and kept saying it was “better to come in” because prices can change. I understand prices vary, but I was only asking for general pricing before making the drive. What really threw me off was how rushed and dismissive she sounded. She even tried ending the call with “okay bye” while I still had questions. It honestly made me feel unwelcome as a potential new customer. Customer service matters, especially over the phone since first impressions are important. Sadly, this experience made me not want to check them out anymore.”

“Went there for a simple fill. Never again. I was getting a fill and another lady walked in and asked for a fill too and how long would she have to wait. Sandy had just started working on me and told me to switch tables and that the man would take over. I said I would prefer her and so she said something to the man and ended up doing a rush job on me. She finishsd in less than 20 minutes. My nails were crooked, uneven and the French tips were horribly done. Poor guest experience. Should of told the other lady to patiently wait. As my nails were drying, she was with the other lady giggling about nail colors and didn't even finish with my dry time. Rushed me away. Just plain awful.”
