Cascades Hair Salon

“I would not recommend her for a haircut. She came across as extremely overconfident and, more importantly, unwilling to listen to what I actually wanted. Before the haircut, I showed her multiple reference photos and clearly explained the style I was looking for. She seemed to understand, but what she delivered was completely different—and honestly, awful. I told her several times during the haircut that this was not what I wanted, but instead of listening and making adjustments, she kept insisting that what she had done looked good. What frustrated me most was that I specifically asked her to trim and adjust certain areas, and she refused because, in her opinion, it already looked good. But I am the client, and I am the one who has to wear the haircut. Whether she personally likes it should not override what I asked for. I definitely would not return or recommend her to others.”
