“Did the exact opposite of everything I asked for. Denied what I wanted and said they knew best. I could barely hold in my tears before I got to the car. I asked for a 2-3 inch trim and no layers. I have naturally wavy hair and layers have never worked out for me. I said no layers and she proceeded to do them in the front, at that point it was too late. When they washed my hair they rusted it and made it matted. She didn’t part my hair before cutting and when I asked her to fix it since she’s the one who ruined with when tangling my hair with the blow dryer she told me to not worry about it. I thought she was going to fix it eventually but I walked out with a completely lopsided and crooked part. They cut off at least 4-5 inches when I asked for 2-3. With shrinkage it’s WAY too short. Since they added layers I can’t even hide the length in a side braid. I leave for a trip tomorrow and just needed a quicker trim from a place nearby. I am never coming back. I’m so disappointed”
