“UPDATE FOR 10/3/2026 I needed to return to Cindy and Tino for my roots to be retouched. Now that fall is coming, I requested for brown shadow roots and silver blonde. Cindy is very clear about what permanent colors will do for your future vision of the hair. I obviously wanted to stay blonde for next summer, so we opted for temporary toner magic that only Cindy knows how to do!!! You can see the before and after photos and videos. The work speaks volumes! You will never come across any other duo like Cindy and Tino. They make you laugh, are so considerate and professional, cover every part of your face to block out water and color smudging, prioritize”
