“Honestly not happy. Paid total of 86 dollars for a builder gel fill and they started taking off the gel builder I already had on and I had kept telling them I just want a fill. Then I see her use a remover on my nails and i ask her I’m like why are you removing the gel I said I want a fill and she said it’s old and lifting (when it wasn’t lifting nor old). But either way you’re supposed to inform the customer instead of just doing whatever you want. I brought this up and they said they’re not charging me more and they’re gonna charge me the fill price. The price they charged me is way overpriced for a fill price!!! I think she definitely overcharged that’s the price for a full set. Anyways, mind you she kept filing like there was no tomorrow it made the top of my nails near the nail bed red. AND she literally gave me a cut because of how hard she was filing I’m not even kidding you I’m adding a picture. Like it hurt so bad she kept filing and filing!! seriously OW! Then we got to the nail polish part, I said I wanted French tip and she started doing it and on my two middle fingers she didn’t remove the polish correctly so there was some residue on the nude part. I pointed it out to her and she said “that will go away when I clean it up”. It didn’t go away. So I told her again, and she said she can’t do anything because that’s under the polish now. Like who’s fault is it that you didn’t correctly remove it?!!! So I had to pay for a subpar service because they didn’t wanna correct their mistake. And the amount of filing they did was actually insane. It’s like my fingers are sore. The staff was nice but I’m not coming back here again. I don’t usually write reviews of my bad experiences because it’s usually always reconcilable but honestly this was ridiculous. I’ve never gotten a cut before from anyone ever filing my nails. PLUS I wasn’t even content with the way she left the polish residue and I’m paying 80$!! Painful, overpriced and not even what I asked for and they didn’t even correct their mistake.”
