“Be careful: I prepaid for services that were not rendered and lost $119. Same-day cancellations, same day rescheduling, limited availability when trying to rebook, being charged additional fees due to Demi’s lack of availability, appointments constantly starting late , and excessive phone use during my appointment time. The overall experience became increasingly unprofessional. Due to these ongoing issues, I requested a refund for my 3 unused services totaling $144. After several requests I was only refunded $25 and informed of a no-refund policy that was never disclosed to me at the time of payment. Based on this experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from spending their time or money here as they disrespect your time, do not value you as a customer, and they keep your money despite not providing the service.”
