“I have been going to Lori for a few years now and each time I remember why I like her so much. Lori is so caring not only for your hair and looks but also you. She always makes you feel comfortable and offers you a water. If your hair is healthy she will not try to upsale you. This last time I did notice my hair was dry and Lori took care of me and I left with soft healthy hair and an amazing cut! I lover her new cozy location!”

“A little late posting my review, but I had such a great experience at Salon by Lori! I requested butterfly layers, and my stylist listened to exactly what I wanted while keeping my length. She also did a hair treatment and gave the most relaxing scalp massage before my haircut, which made the whole experience feel so special. My hair feels healthier and looks amazing. I’ll definitely be back in a few months!”

“My fault for choosing the wrong hairdresser. Our first contact was by phone when she let me know she could not speak, as she was with a client. All further communication was by text. My search indicated she does Razor cuts. I sent her a photo of my hair so she would have an idea of what she was getting into. She offered to darken the highlights. I let her know I liked my hair cut and the highlights very much as it is. I reiterated needing only a trim. The building she worked in was not easy to get into. They keep the front door locked. Nobody is watching the door to see if people need to come in. I learned it was made up of independent contractors. Therefore, you need to contact who you are seeing so they can come up and open the door for you. Miss Lori did not let me know. Her English is very limited. I asked several times if she does Razor cuts, and she said yes. She then proceeded to cut my hair, and cut it, and cut it, and cut it to the point that I had a Twiggy look. I kept thinking she was trimming it first and then would Razor cut it as others have done. Nope. Chick had no razor. She was merely trying to get all my hairs, the exact same length, despite the fact that I went out of my way to have them all different lengths. When it was all said and done, I said “you gave me helmet head” she replied “thank you”. !!!!!!!! Two stars because I have a decent cut. One star, the lowest possible, would not be fair. Yet I am angry at her for telling me she could do something if she did not understand what I was asking.”
