“I've been going to Europa for 18 years. The service is phenomenal and I love Anne.”

“Misleading booking and very unprofessional service Very poor customer service. I booked a Russian manicure with gel and it was confirmed, but when I arrived they refused the service and said it’s “illegal.” Then the technician used a different gel without asking and struggled to shape long nails properly. Very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place.”

“They will paint your nails with a gel color and for $10 more you can get them looking like chrome with the unicorn stuff. Lasts a long time”
