“Trải nghiệm không hài lòng. Con tôi 7 tuổi đến tiệm này hớt tóc. Tiệm để bảng giá Children haircut $7.99, nhưng sau khi cắt tóc xong lại tính tôi $10. Nhân viên giải thích rằng vì con tôi cao hơn cái bàn tính tiền của họ nên tính giá khác. Nếu có quy định về chiều cao hoặc mức giá khác, tiệm nên thông báo trước khi bắt đầu dịch vụ, không nên báo giá sau khi đã làm xong. Tôi mong tiệm minh bạch hơn về giá để khách hàng có thể lựa chọn.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this salon today. The hairstylist, Hang Vy, did not follow what I consider basic haircut procedures, such as properly wetting and preparing my hair before starting the haircut. The service felt rushed, and it seemed that the focus was on moving on to the next customer as quickly as possible rather than providing quality service. The entire haircut took approximately five minutes, and very little attention was given to shaping or styling my hair. I also did not receive a proper greeting or any effort to discuss how I wanted my haircut done. As a result, I left feeling upset and lacking confidence in my appearance. Professional hairstyling requires attention to detail, customer care, and respect for clients. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those standards. I hope management will review this feedback and take steps to improve the quality of service and customer experience.”
