“They somehow took the OG Tisane brand (which was easily my top 1 favorite boba tea spot) and made it significantly worse. Drinks are mid and now they use AI Slop for their menus. Tisane was cool, Fynix Rizen isn't. Boo AI boo. Will never go here again, I suggest you do the same”

“I don’t drink sweetened beverages, and when I ordered my matcha latte, no one asked me about sugar. It’s also not mentioned on the menu that sugar is automatically added, so I had no way of knowing. I only noticed it later on the receipt and immediately asked if they could remake the drink without sugar. They told me they couldn’t, so I had to pay a second time for another drink. What made this especially disappointing is that they have a sign saying that if you’re not satisfied with your drink, you should let them know right away. I did exactly that, but still had to pay again. I really didn’t appreciate how the situation was handled. If sugar is automatically added to the matcha latte, I think customers should be told, especially when it isn’t stated on the menu.”

“The Rose milk tea is not good—so artificial and has such a weird taste. But the peach tea is okay. I’ll never order Rose milk tea from this place again.”
