“I recently called AVANTI Laser Clinic to inquire about pricing for their services. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was disappointing. When I asked about pricing, I was told to refer to the website because the representative did not have time to go over the prices with me. When I explained that I was calling specifically because I had questions about the pricing, the response came across as dismissive and unnecessarily rude. I completely understand that businesses can be busy, but I believe potential customers should still be treated with courtesy and professionalism. A simple, polite explanation or direction would have been sufficient. I was genuinely interested in booking an appointment, but the way my call was handled left me uncomfortable and ultimately changed my mind about using their services.”

“I’ve been going to Avanti Laser Clinic for a long time and have had several different treatments there over the years. This time I did microneedling with extraction skincare, and I was very happy with the experience. It’s a family business, and there’s a good, comfortable atmosphere when you walk in. The nurses are personable, friendly, and take the time to explain what they’re doing instead of just rushing through the treatment. I also appreciate that they pay attention to the details, especially when it comes to skincare. I’ve gotten more interested in Korean skincare over the years because I like the focus on healthy, hydrated skin, texture, and maintaining your skin rather than just covering things up. The extraction and skincare portion of the treatment was a nice complement to the microneedling, and my skin felt clean and refreshed afterward. As for microneedling, I’ll be honest—it’s not exactly painless, so expect some discomfort. But pain is beauty, and I think the results are worth it. If you’re new to microneedling, just know what you’re getting into and follow the aftercare instructions. Overall, I’ve consistently had good experiences at Avanti. The staff is professional without making the experience feel overly clinical, and they make you feel comfortable throughout the process. If you’re looking for skincare treatments, especially if you’re interested in the Korean approach to maintaining healthy-looking skin, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.”
