“This place sold my elderly mother a facial package. She used only half the sessions, then the place changed their phone number. We have been trying desperately to get the remainder of her treatments booked. The calls aren’t answered. The shop is closed at listed hours. Do we need to file a dispute? This is VERY disturbing.”
