“⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Cold Stone Creamery in Buena Park Mall. My friend and her son waited patiently in line for an unreasonable amount of time, only to be repeatedly overlooked while other customers were allowed to go ahead of them. The employees were incredibly rude and made absolutely no effort to acknowledge them or help resolve the situation. Their excuse was “That’s just how they do things there!” It was frustrating and upsetting to watch, especially with a child waiting so patiently. No customer should be made to feel ignored or treated as though their time doesn’t matter. Basic courtesy, fairness, and respect should be the bare minimum when it comes to customer service. This was a very disappointing experience, and I sincerely hope management addresses how customers are being treated because we will never be back!”

“I came in this last Tuesday and was extremely disappointed. I came in around 3 weeks ago and left disappointed. The place that would hold the ice cream was broken and all of the flavors looked like soup.. On this last Tuesday it looked the same and the employee said that they refused to fix the issue. I still bought the ice cream and just put it into my freezer. But while I was in the store 2-3 groups walked in wanting to buy but left cause they saw soupy ice cream.”
