“This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I asked the woman at the counter for a recommendation and explained that it was my first time there, but she seemed uninterested and was not helpful at all. It’s frustrating to experience that kind of attitude as a customer, especially when you’re visiting from out of the area and genuinely looking forward to trying a business you found online. Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit. The customer service really took away from the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on creating a more welcoming environment for customers.”
