Fried-to-order and rooted in old-world baking techniques and handmade with the utmost love and care, Oliboli is a home-grown, family-run donut and coffee shop. Our seeds have been sewn, nestled between the nostalgia of orange groves and the charming storefronts of Old Town Tustin. Our dough has been tended to, each batch a 40-hour development. Our organic Conservatory Coffee will soothe your soul. As the sun rises each day, we welcome you to join the family and share a taste of SoCal sweetness the Oliboli way!

“I love this place the donuts are superb. My only issue is the hot coffee size is small and no option to upgrade to a bigger one and $8.50 for a 12oz coffee is above average for coffee cost.”

“Absolutely the best donut shop in Orange County hands down! I've never had sourdough donuts before and these pleasantly surprised me with their texture and taste. The dough is extremely light and airy, yet has structure. You really can't go wrong with any, but my personal favorites are the chocolate glazed and banoffee. Although the donuts can be considered a bit pricey, they are absolutely worth the money and try. These donuts taste more akin to pastries rather than the cakey texture of typical donuts.Staff are always friendly and more than willing to give you their recommendations. Also not to mention that the donuts are made fresh to order, which is probably the best part! Drinks are also pretty good as well you can't go wrong. If you're not a big fan of conventional donuts like me, I highly recommend this place! I never get sick of OliBoli. Not sure where else to find sourdough donuts in the area so this is definitely a staple in my list!”
