“Amazing custom-made ice cream flavors. Not too sweet and stays cold for a while. Huge scoops too. Service is also amazing. We will definitely come back for guava and other seasonal flavors, but the ube & toffee, strawberry oat crumble, and banana turon crunch were amazing. Check it out!”

“The service from Jayden was exceptional! Despite being the only person working, she handled a busy line with warmth, patience, and professionalism. Give her a raise and one that actually outpaces inflation. Senior leadership needs to do better! Leaving one employee to run a busy store alone raises safety concerns and puts an unfair burden on frontline workers. Adequate staffing shouldn’t be sacrificed to cut labor costs and maximize paychecks for the people at the top. This criticism is directed at corporate leadership, not the store manager, who may be dealing with the same pressures from the top. Great ice cream. I just wish the company took better care of the people serving its customers!”
