“I went to this location on 9102 Bolsa Avenue for the first time today and I purchased 2 boxes of the pork with quail egg banh bao. I specifically asked the cashier at the counter for a fresh batch and she handed me 2 boxes that were sitting on the counter. The rude lady smirked and gave me a jerk attitude saying that “everything is fresh here”. When I got home, the outside texture of the banh bao was cold and hard and the inside pork meat was wet and squishy and tasted spoiled as if it were sitting there in the heat from yesterday’s unsold batch!! I will never go here again. The rude cashier flat out lied to me and their banh bao was nasty. Horrible lie, horrible service and horrible old banh baos!!”
