“I placed an order for one boba 🧋 at 10:13 AM today. A male employee told me it would take about 5 minutes. However, when I arrived, my drink was not ready. After I paid, I waited another 10 minutes. During that time, the employee was not making the boba. Instead, they was cleaning and wiping tables. I also noticed that they did not wash hands with soap before making my drink. After making the boba, they left it sitting there and did not give it to me. I was very disappointed with the service and especially concerned about the hygiene and food-handling practices. I hope management can look into this situation and make sure employees follow proper hand-washing and food-safety procedures.”
