“This was my first time trying and it was so yummy! Makayla was so helpful in recommending a delicious milk tea and was so kind! She def made the experience so much more welcoming and less overwhelming! Would def go again if we weren’t just visited Cali! The only downside was the place was PACKED, like no empty seats, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful atmosphere which is surprising because it was around 10pm on a Sunday but that’s how you know it’s good! With that said there was a short wait time. My drink was served within 5 minutes after ordering. 10/10!”

“Ordered two different matchas and they were alright. Both being half sweetness, they matcha barely came through. Also ordered the cheese sticks and they were tasteless. Not a bad place esp given the ample seating, ambiance, and the late closing time. But I found the menu items a little lackluster. Maybe they dont have good matcha?”

“There’s something wrong with this system. I have multiple redemptions for free drink or munchies (food) but when I try to redeem it, it won’t let me for whatever reason! Also, nobody there is willing to assist me with it. On the other hand, I ordered “nonspicy” popcorn chicken with ranch but they give me a spicy popcorn chicken with sweet & sour! I’ve been coming here for a couple years already and if this service is getting bad, I should stick to Moozi Tea Bar instead from now on”
