“My sister went in to get some coffee and the baristas were very rude and very unprofessional, she explained her order multiple times to them and they still messed it up, we ended up waiting 40 mins to get our drinks, and we came from a very far place so it felt absolutely horrible to waste that much time there when we had other places to be!”

“I ordered pastry and a cup of water. They gave me the pastry upon payment, but made me wait more than 10 minutes to give me a cup of water. When I asked after waiting for 7-8 minutes, she just pointed at the screen where the orders are displayed meaning I have to wait for her to make all the orders. I didn’t order any drinks , just a cup of water and I think waiting that long is a bit absurd. Just voicing my frustration. The baristas were not pleasant and kind of rude too!”

“I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for years, and I always look forward to seeing the sweetest barista named ‘Julianna’ at this location. She greets me with a warm smile and a polite attitude every single time, even during the rush where it gets chaotic. She took the time to explain all the cup sizes, the ingredients in the dairy-free powders, the gluten-free options, and the sugar-free choices. The barista on bar named ‘Ashley’ also did wonderful and handed me my drink with a warm smile. A straw ready at hand and all. However, I recommend going in-house for faster service. They do get backed up with mobile orders, so be prepared to wait a bit. The Apple Danish and Pumpkin Cream Latte were both delicious. I don’t see the negativity people are talking about besides having to be patient. It’s a smaller location. It’s right by a convention and Disney, people! They’re going to be busy. Just be a genuine person and ask a question if you need help. No need to give these ladies a hard time, seriously. Overall, I’d give this place five stars for my experience. Cheers to this location. Ignore the negativity.”
