“My partner and I were talking, very late, about how it's been awhile since we've gotten a massage together and wanted to see if there was anything available for the next day. It was 11:45 pm on Saturday and a real person actually responded to help us book an appointment. I had zero expectations of getting a response that night but was so appreciative of their help. The following morning, we finished the booking and they got us in around noon that Sunday - we even saw the woman we were texting with during check in and she was absolutely lovely. The massages were perfectly curated for what each of us needed addressed and everyone was very friendly. I genuinely can't think of a single improvement - I felt comfortable, relaxed, and would highly recommend to a friend. We will be back. And thank you to Ben and Lily for the wonderful massages!”

“Bought a Groupon couples massage as a birthday gift for a Sunday morning , unfortunately it was raining but we still managed to make it to the appointment on time. The pictures show a very luxurious spa with what looks like complimentary tea after your massage, unfortunately when we arrived none of those details were put out. It wasn’t a big deal at the beginning when we got there but it definitely lacked that detail after our massages, it would have been a perfect touch to our rainy day appointment, no tea just water in white plastic cups. Another important role that they dropped the ball on was my masseuse , Susie, she was not it . I had circled my upper back and arms/hands as my main area to focus on since I work with my hands, they hurt. I was really looking forward to those areas being massaged but all she did was grip my knuckles gently , that’s it . As for my back , I had knots and she clearly could feel them but the tiny bit of pressure she used did nothing. I had put medium pressure on the paper they gave us previously to entering but there was no “medium” pressure added. I even let her know to put more pressure while she was on my legs and she just did that one little area and went back to her just running her hands all over all other areas. I literally would have been telling her how to do the massage if I would have stopped her at every area she was at and asked for more pressure. She really was massaging like she didn’t care..literally the ONLY area she DUG into was the side of my upper arm ..??? And I mean she DUG her knuckles in and it hurt ! I even moved and told her that hurt. It was like she knew none of the good areas to massage and knew all of the areas where it hurts to actually put pressure. It was a joke, it seemed like she even knew she didn’t do a good job on me because there was no eye contact after, extremely let down since all the other customers in the picture seems to have had such a great experience. That was definitely not my case at least . After all was done and they asked how was everything , I said fine because I am not going to go back and forth since it seemed that they only feel required to do a good job on customers that are not getting tickets through Groupon and I didn’t want to ruin my partners experience since his masseuse ,Ben, did a good job on him. I left feeling exactly the same as I went in ..definitely worse since I was irritated by the lack of effort. I still tipped the deposit they required too , your welcome Susie, but you are not doing your company any good with those hands. Your a masseuse ! Put your back into it !”
