“I purchased the 60-minute lymphatic Bojin facial on Groupon, and I left feeling really disappointed. The treatment didn’t feel like a massage at all—there was no facial massage and no neck massage. The esthetician applied two or three masks, leaving each one on for about 10 minutes. At one point, she left the room for around 15 minutes while the mask was on my face, saying I should relax. Most of the appointment was spent with masks sitting on my face, and I didn’t feel like anything was actually being done. For the price, the Groupon deal felt misleading. I didn’t feel that I received the treatment described, and I honestly wish I hadn’t purchased it.”
