“If I could give zero stars based on the service I personally received, I would. My partner and I came together and booked the same experience, yet somehow received two COMPLETELY different levels of service. We arrived around 1:30 PM and weren’t taken into the room until approximately 1:40. My partner’s service started shortly after, while I was left sitting there for another 5–10 minutes until I finally had to ask HIS provider if anyone was even coming for me. Here’s what I would genuinely love management to explain: If my service started AFTER my partner’s, how was I completely FINISHED while he was STILL being massaged? My service felt extremely rushed. My hair was washed, I received a few brief shoulder rubs, and that was basically it. She also got so much soap in my ear that it became uncomfortable. Meanwhile, my partner was still receiving an actual massage, and his provider continued working on him even during his blow-dry. We paid for the same experience, but clearly only one of us actually received it. The microdermabrasion was also unnecessarily rough. I receive microdermabrasion regularly, so I know exactly what it should feel like. I have NEVER had someone scrape my skin the way this provider did. Then came checkout. My partner tipped HIS provider because HE received good service. My provider appeared visibly displeased when she realized she wasn’t receiving a tip. A gratuity is earned; it is not an entitlement. I’m certainly not tipping someone for a service I was unhappy with. And to top everything off, there was a CAT inside the spa. I’m allergic to cats and absolutely did not expect to encounter one inside a business providing skin and scalp services. The worst part is that I don’t have to wonder whether my service was shortened—I literally watched the person next to me receive considerably more time, attention, and treatment despite my service starting later.”

I booked the 90-minute Hinoki Head Spa treatment, which covers the face, scalp, and hair, and it was worth every single penny. My therapist, Tiffany, was nothing short of amazing! She was incredibly attentive, thorough, and made the entire session deeply relaxing from start to finish. My hair and scalp feel completely revitalized, and my skin feels so fresh. “I've been coming here regularly and I absolutely love it! Their facial and hair spa package is amazing — leaves you feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated. The staff is professional and truly knows what they're doing. Tiffany in particular is outstanding, she does incredible work. Highly recommend this place if you're in the Garden Grove area!”
